Blue Dirt Farm Traeger Grill Giveaway Rules & Disclosures
1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to customers of Blue Dirt Farm who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Blue Dirt Farm, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: The giveaway begins on March 10th and ends on July 2nd, 2024, at 11:00 pm, CST. Qualifying orders confirmed made prior to March 10th 2024 will not be eligible for entry into the drawing.
3. How to Enter: To participate in the giveaway, customers must complete a purchase of $250 or more at Blue Dirt Farm. Each $250 purchase provides one entry into the drawing, while a $500 purchase provides two entries, and so on. Purchases are cumulative within the promotion period; however, processing fees for whole or half hogs, shipping & handling charges, or any other fees are excluded and will not count towards the entry amount.
4. Drawing: The winner of the Traeger Grill will be selected in a random drawing conducted on July 3rd, 2024. The drawing will include all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: The winner will receive one (1) Timberline 1300 Traeger Grill. The exact model and specifications of the grill will be determined by Blue Dirt Farm at its sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be offered, except at the sole discretion of Blue Dirt Farm.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1 day following the drawing. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or non-compliance with these official rules, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize Pickup and Shipping: The winner is strongly encouraged to pick up the Traeger Grill in person at Blue Dirt Farm, located at 8574 377th Ave Blue Earth, MN. If the winner resides within 100 miles of Blue Dirt Farm, they must arrange for pickup within 14 days of winning notification. Winners outside the 100-mile radius will be eligible to have their prize shipped to them, but they must cover any and all associated shipping and handling costs. Blue Dirt Farm will communicate with the winner to arrange for prize pickup or shipping details. Failure to comply with these pickup or shipping arrangements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. General Conditions: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Blue Dirt Farm, which are final and binding in all respects. Blue Dirt Farm is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this giveaway, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution of the prize.
9. Liability Release: By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Blue Dirt Farm, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt or use and/or misuse of the prize.
10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Blue Dirt Farm’s privacy policy.
11. Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Minnesota, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
